Ingredients:
Mushrooms -(chopped)
Onions -2 ( Finely Chopped )
Green Chillies - 3-4
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Garam masala -1/2 tea spn
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil -2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and fry onion till it turns slightly brownish. Then add mushrooms, cover and cook for about 10 minutes.
2. Add all the masala and cook for 2 minutes.

3. Garnish with coriander leaves.
4. Serve With rotis or rice.
